• Face masks are required in all areas of the complex. Masks can be removed to enjoy food and drink in the cinema auditorium.  

• Please have I.D ready. Staff are required to confirm that customers do not live in Metropolitan Melbourne & Mildura Rural City Council in accordance with state government guidelines.

• Auditorium Capacities - Cinema auditorium capacities in line with State Health Authority requirements. 

• Social Distancing  - Safety distancing measures are in place, including in the cinemas, foyer, candy bar and restrooms.

• Hand Sanitiser Stations - Sanitiser stations are available, including at the cinema entrance, candy bar, foyer and toilets.

• Increased Cleaning - More frequent and rigorous cleaning programs introduced, plus increased session intervals to manage crowds

• Contactless Payments - Please pre-purchase tickets online utilising your Vrewards loyalty membership.

• Candy Bar & Foyer  - Queuing and customer flow measures introduced. Menu items and serving procedures may vary for the safety of our customers and staff.

• Staff Wellness - Health and temperature checks implemented pre-shift to complement our health & safety training program, with all staff provided with approved PPE materials including face masks.

•  Contact Tracing - Please scan in using the QR code found on your cinema auditorium door. Under the direction of the Chief Health Officer, Village Cinemas must obtain contact details of each ticket holder. If required, this securely stored information will be shared with state health officials exclusively to assist contact tracing efforts.
